1st Quick Analysis when the proposal is passed

1. Who is involved in this process : Grant Support Squad - Grants Manager designated
2. Goals of process : Verify the requirements of the project when the proposal passes.
3. Steps of process: Check list to review (below)

1. Category:

   1. Check if the project is allocated in the correct category.
      1. Compare what is written on the proposal with the category selected.

2. Comments:

   1. Open the proposal page.
   2. Check the community member’s comments on the proposal page.
   3. Check Grantee’s responses on the proposal page.

   These steps will help to understand the community sentiment and to review if the grantee arguments match with what is written on the original proposal.

3. Is doable: “There are limits to what can realistically be built within the Decentraland platform”

   1. Check if the project is doable. For example: hard blockers that we know like smart wearables, etc. Ask people from Foundation if needed.
