Create and Publish Public Roadmap

Goal of the process:

Create a roadmap that reflects the project status to the community, discuss with the grantee the best option to present them and publish the roadmaps with the Decentraland DAO Community.

Steps of the process

  1. Open the Grantee's Original Proposal in the GovApp.
  2. Read and analyze the proposal and the roadmap presented by the grantee.
  3. Create a Draft Roadmap in Notion, using the Public Roadmaps template.
  4. Make sure to incorporate tasks that meet the requirements of each category.
  5. Ensure that the grantee includes how they will collect metrics, and that those contribute to their specific category.
  6. Schedule a meeting with the grantee to obtain more information about their project roadmap.
  7. Give the grantee edit permission for one week to make necessary modifications to their roadmap.
  8. Schedule a meeting to conduct a final review of their roadmap.
  9. Once Grant Support Squad and the grantee agree on the roadmap:
    1. Revoke edit permission for the grantee. They can now only make comments.
    2. Move the draft page to the page where all the public roadmaps are located.
    3. Post and pin the link to their public roadmap page in their Discord channel.
