Goals of process: This process is important to Support and facilitate resources for the grantees.

Steps of process:

We have identified three primary areas in which grantees may require assistance:

  1. Questions related to the grantee journey: These are inquiries related to the grants framework and the grantee journey.
  2. Technical issues with the platform and development: When grantees encounter technical challenges, this is the space to address these issues.
  3. Promotion of the projects: If a grantee seeks support in promoting their projects, we are here to provide guidance and assistance.

To streamline our support efforts, we use a document where each problem or request is recorded. This approach helps us systematize solutions effectively. If a grantee requires assistance, the process involves documenting the issue in the provided table and verifying if it is a problem that has already been resolved in the past.
