Community members have raised a formal request for an investigation concerning your Grant received from the Decentraland DAO. The Grant Support Squad's duty is to review concerns with facts and solely for the current active grant proposal in the Decentraland DAO Grant's program.
To ensure transparency, accountability, and high project management standards, we have initiated an investigation. Our team will review your project's goals, milestones, and progress to ensure they align with your grant proposal.
We need your cooperation to gather additional information and documentation. Timely communication will help us conduct an accurate assessment. Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent process, upholding project integrity and positively contributing to our community's goals.

All the artists I onboarded and brought into Decentraland and will be performing in the future.

Hi Serena, how are you? We want to follow up with your case about the concerns reported about your grant. First of all, we apologize for the delay. This proposal received several concerns, and we decided to address them all in a single case, which made the process longer than usual.
We are sorry to hear about the negative experiences you had to go through. We understand that navigating such situations can be challenging, and we want to assure you that we are doing all we can to support you within our role.
Regarding comments and discussions on Twitter, and Discord, we understand that you choose not to participate, but we can contact Kanful, the Discord moderator, to find a way to ensure your safety on the platform.
Unfortunately, the individuals you mentioned in both platforms are not current grantees, so they fall outside of our scope of work. As you know, we can only do something about our grantees, and if a grantee is not complying with our code of ethics, we could raise concerns to them, but this is not the case. . Nevertheless, this is a problem that exceeds the grants program, and luckily, some community members are actively working on creating a Code of Ethics for the DAO that could help in cases like this.
If you have the energy and are interested in participating in the open session to guide this Code of Conduct, please let me know, and I will contact you with the people running this initiative. Your experience might be of great value for having this cases into account, and creating reparation strategies for others in the future.
Our evaluation process for elevating grants to be revoked focuses on objective concerns that directly relate to the grantee's proposed goals and milestones, so far many of the concerns raised about your grant could be disregarded, based on the information you delivered so far, but we are still reviewing others, and we need your help addressing them.
On that regard, we ask you to please reply to this email and provide information about the staff of DXS and a brief description on how the paid collaboration has been so far. Have you hired anyone or are you currently hiring? Any information you can provide regarding personnel and payments would be greatly useful.
We appreciate your dedication to your grant project and your contributions to the community. We hope to continue to work with you to achieve the goals outlined in your grant proposal, as it will be very valuable for Decentraland.
